The Spring Lake Five Mile Run - May 23, 2026

SORRY the 2026 FIVE MILE RUN registration has reached its limit in record time and is now CLOSED.  We do NOT keep a waiting list.

Kids Race registration is available online until mid-May 13th.  Online registrations received after May 10, 2026, bib numbers will be held at the Spring Lake Train Station for pick-up (they will not be mailed out after May 10, 2026).  

Shirt/Glass pick up and Kids Race registration will be available in person race week at the Spring Lake Train Station at scheduled hours below. Runners - you MUST bring your race bib in order to pick up your shirt and glass.  Kids Race registrations - please bring cash, Venmo or check for onsite registrations.  Late Kids Race registrants will get shirts while supply lasts.

Saturday, May. 16: 10 am – 1 pm
Wednesday, May 20: 11 am-1 pm, 4-7 pm
Thursday, May 21: 11 am-1 pm, 4-7 pm
Friday, May 22: 10 am – 3 pm at train station, 4:30 pm at race site (Ocean and Atlantic Avenues).

Kids Race start time is 6:00pm on Friday, May 22nd at Atlantic & Ocean Aves.

SL 5 Mile Run start time is 8:30am on Saturday, May 23rd at Sussex & Ocean Aves.
